It says that North Korea's nuclear missiles can bypass the defense system protecting America within a decade.
North Korea is one of the 9 countries that has nuclear weapons. It is believed that North Korea has about 50 warheads. These are the same warheads that are fitted in missiles and fired. North Korean dictator Kim tested an (ICBM) intercontinental ballistic missile in the month of October. Its range is about 9320 miles. This range is enough to reach America.
To stop these missiles of North Korea, America has a Ground Based Midcourse Defense System (JMD). It is exactly like Israel's Iron Dome system. However, many reports claim that the Iron Dome system is stronger. The intelligence report of the threat from North Korea has come at a time when the Trump administration is currently emphasizing on preparing a defense system like the Israeli Iron Dome to protect against future air threats. America has named it Golden Dome.
The US Defense Intelligence Agency said that North Korea has successfully tested several ballistic missiles in a row. The entire US is within their range. The Pentagon supporting agency said that there is no part of the US that cannot be attacked with the ICBMs that North Korea has.
It is believed that North Korea has 10 or less ICBMs. Each of these has a range of more than 3417 miles. Not only this, it is also capable of carrying many nuclear weapons simultaneously. However, it is estimated that by 2035 this number can increase from 10 to 50. This number alone is a matter of challenge for the American defense system. However, it is also being claimed in many reports that America can take many big steps to strengthen itself.
